, beyonce and the saga over her lip synching. her super bowl news conference. >> here we go with thursday. i'm brooke baldwin. a manhunt in texas after a person dedicated to fighting crime becomes the victim of a shooting. the prosecutor was fatally shot outside this courthouse here. this is kaufman, texas. to give you the lay of the land, this is about 30 miles southeast of dallas. the search is on right now for two gunmen. cnn is tracking the developments here on this one and let's start from scratch with me. what do we know? >> the kaufman county sheriff's office told us the assistant district attorney was gunned down and shot in a nearby parking lot outside of the county courthouse. we don't know the motive or if there is multiple suspects. they are looking for an older ford sedan-type car and possible suspect or suspects still on the loose. a local school have been on lockdown. >> they are coming from the previous cases, trying to see if anyone would have been this angry at him. what more do we know about him and his work? >> that is say good point. they are pouring through the cases an

into the superdome. i'm blaming all this on beyonce's half time performance. she must be a san francisco fan. i know she's from houston. but that's the cause of that because as you say, after that half time performance it went all down hill for baltimore. i'll tell you something else. they are very lucky, there was not a riot in that stadium. it was 35 minutes. i was in that dome, if it had lasted another four or five minutes people were about to lose their freaking minds. >> it's not over yet. i would hope -- i'll tell anyone within the sound of my voice, and i am praying and hoping that everyone remains calm, but if this game turns out to go the other way, people are going to be ticked off. i want to say another word, you know what i mean for ticked off. quite honestly, i was hoping the ravens would win tonight. when i saw this, i said, wait a minute, momentum has changed. the lights go out, what does it mean for the superdome, what does this mean for new orleans? will they ever get another game? >> yeah, well, here's the other factor, is that in the beginning of the blackout, the fans were taking
